How do you get Energy Drink?
Buy it in the Shop with Cash. The tutorial introduces the purchase after lifts start emptying the bar.
How do you use Energy Drink?
Select the drink on the hotbar and use it, then continue the lift. Buying a stack does nothing until you drink one. Use a refill when a quest still needs reps, not as a substitute for treadmill training if your maximum stamina is the limit.
