What is Belt?

The Belt is strength equipment bought in the Shop with Cash. The separate Belt pass would grant it without Cash, but that pass is not for sale. Owning it and equipping it are separate steps.

How do you use Belt?

Open Inventory and confirm it is equipped before you return to a station. Read the upgrade cost in the Shop before you spend the rest of your Cash, and keep enough for a drink if stamina is what is actually stopping the set.

When does Genetics unlock?

Finish the opening tutorial first. It walks you through lifts, an energy drink, treadmill stamina training, creatine, and a Wrist Straps purchase. Genetics stays locked while those prompts are still telling you to train another station.

Does Auto Lift ignore stamina?

No. Auto Lift performs reps and raises the weight when you are ready, including while AFK, but the set still spends stamina. An empty bar stops the workout.

What is the difference between the treadmill, drinks, creatine, and the stamina pass?

The treadmill raises your stamina stat. The 1.5X Stamina pass, at 249 Robux, makes stamina regenerate 1.5 times faster. Energy drinks refill stamina. Creatine is a timed bonus to regeneration, stamina gain, and total stamina, including +20 total stamina.

How do you claim the Gym Freaks group reward?

Join the Gym Freaks Roblox group, then open Rewards and claim the community reward. It pays 15k Cash and 2x Gains. Joining the group does not deposit the Cash by itself.
