A heavier plate does not help if the stamina bar dies on the next rep. Capacity, regeneration, and an instant refill are three different fixes.
Name the interruption
- The bar is tiny and one rep ends the set: raise maximum stamina on the treadmill.
- You can lift, then wait too long: you need regeneration, not a bigger reserve.
- You are empty right now and want the next few reps: drink an energy drink from the hotbar.
Treadmill
- Stop the lift.
- Start the treadmill activity and finish its timer.
- Check the stamina stat before you go back to the weights.
Early treadmill gains are small. The treadmill does not refill you the way a drink does. If a load still ends the set after one rep, drop the weight until you can repeat it, then build the stat.
Drinks and creatine
Buy the drink in the Shop, then use it from the hotbar. In the early tutorial, drinking put the displayed stamina back to 100. You can buy five drinks ahead of a session.
Creatine is timed. It covers stamina regeneration, stamina gain, and total stamina, including +20 total stamina. Use the stamina-gain part on the treadmill. Use the extra reserve and regeneration while lifting. Shopping during the timer wastes it. The tutorial also asks you to keep lifting until the creatine effect ends.
What the paid stamina option actually does
The 1.5X Stamina pass costs 249 Robux and regenerates stamina 1.5 times faster. It does not raise your maximum. Keep using the treadmill if the reserve itself is the problem.
Auto Lift, at 450 Robux, performs reps and adds weight when you are ready, including AFK. The bar still empties. Watch it before you leave an automatic set running.
A practical loop
Lift until the bar is low, drink if you still have the quest reps to finish, and clean nearby trash or puddles while you recover. Cleanup pays Cash and can count toward the daily cleanup objective of 50 trash or puddles. Details are in Earn Cash between sets.
If a daily quest wants two new personal records, attempt those only when the bar can support the rep. See Push a personal record.
